How to Incorporate Positivity & Spirituality in Every day?

Call it spirituality, call it wellbeing, either way there are certain things we need, when life gets busy and we forget who we are, and what we are capable of. Have you forgotten what it feels like to be less busy, and have you made time for your mind, body and spirit? When you have time, and can’t think of what to do for yourself, that’s what this list is for. Coming back to the ground, call it healing, call it finding yourself, either way it’s something to keep us mindful and present. Spiritual practices, (or wellbeing practices), can help us find our authentic self. It can boost our mood and provide clarity.
Some of the activities are luxurious, some are simple and don’t break the bank. Either way, keep your eyes open for spiritual and wellbeing opportunities. For example, feeling like a snack? Make a healthy smoothie, or fresh juice instead. In the supermarket and need a snack? Buy some nuts, or crackers. Need an energy boost, and want something natural? Grab some multivitamins and Spiruli
na. Cooking dinner? Add vegetables. We have choices every day, and we also have goals and dreams. So, let’s take one step each day towards our goals and overall dream. Here is a list that will keep us motivated for change and positivity.
However, it is not only what is listed below, I’m sure we could think of plenty of things to do, such as walk the dog, and catch up with friends. However, it’s a start for something to implement immediately after you read this. It’s something to do in the morning when you wake up, in the middle of a day, or at night.
Positivity Practices:
Listening to music for the soul – any time, anywhere. When you’re driving, put on your favourite playlist. When you’re cooking dinner, when you wake up, and even whilst you work.
Looking up your star sign or get a star chart done.
Essential Oils and incense, or even candles – give yourself and your home an aura.
Popping into a spiritual shop and browsing.
Going to the beach.
Eat a wholesome meal – something healthy, whole, and delicious. Whether it’s the fruit bowl at the café, or a homemade veggie pasta.
Taking “me” time.
Self-care and self-love rituals.
Get in touch with animals.
Spend time in nature.
Travel – take a day trip, or plan a holiday.
Wear your favourite colour clothing, style a new outfit.
Put your robe on at night.
Have a tracksuit day.
Do a beauty ritual.
Have a massage or a facial.
Pinterest.
Go to the hairdresser for a trim.
Imagine your dream home.
Play a board game.
Text a friend.
