Lately at cafes, I’ve been eating a lot of French toast. I love the presentation, very colourful, and overall sweet and delicious. (I don’t stress over the calories any more). Usually served with ice cream, and fruit and a syrup. I believe the cafes are “nailing” the French toast. It has a soft texture, and bursting full of flavour. If it’s not the French toast, it’s the stylish and contemporary pancakes, with all the fun ingredients.
Alternatively, fried eggs on toast has been my second favourite, for a plain and simple meal. I missed the buttered toast, and the running egg yolk. Plus eggs are healthy.
Now I know breakfast at a cafe is not that fancy, however, it's a nice to start a morning off with breakfast.
