Health & Wellbeing Tips From the Week:

1. Do Pilates - I joined a class this week, it was brilliant.
2. Eat fruit - have an orange, a banana and an apple, to be super healthy and for wellbeing reasons. It will fuel you up, give you energy, and feel good.
3. Take your vitamins - I take vitamin D, Fish oil, and Ginkgo Brahmi.
4. Light a candle to warm up the house,
5. Say a prayer or two: in my prayers I give gratitude, for the day, and for food, and all blessings given to me that day.
6. Have a relaxing glass of wine, to enjoy and to let go a little. I haven't had a drink in a long time, so it was relaxing and I loved it.
7. Have a relaxing bath. No comment.
8. Buy a new item of clothing (I know, I am a bad influence!) I bought more this week, as well as the shirt, I went to Tuchuzy, at the back alley in Bondi Beach, and bought myself some nice treats.
9. Help someone else with something that you might have experience or expertise in. Give some good advice, be a good role model, reach out to someone.
10. Find a new book, or recall a recommended book, and purchase it to read. I remember a wise influencer once told me of a book, so I looked her up and found the book name, Score!
