How To Get Out of A Fashion Rut: Tips & More.

If you're feeling, sad or nervous, or low on self esteem, here's how to get yourself out of a fashion rut. I started by improving my fashion sense, because I had temporarily lost my way with fashion. I went browsing more, and started with casual clothes from Glue. After trying it out, I moved my way to Gorman, wearing light pink skirts, spotty tees, and spotty navy shorts. I loved those outfits, and they truly did work! Improving your fashion sense makes you confident, and it's fun! I admit, sometimes I enjoy wearing my track pants, and a messy

bun, around the house. If some brands are too expensive for you, it is possible to buy items on sale, however, make it a timeless piece, that you will get lots of wear out of. For example, I was eyeing out a Anine Bing velvet tracksuit, jumper and pants. When winter ended, it went on sale, and I bought it for half the price. I wear it a lot during winter, and it's easy to dress up or down. I wear it to the pub, holidays, and around the house. If you're not sure about the piece, try it on, see how it fits, and see its potential in your my favourite wardrobe items. I loved the tracksuit so much, I bought a red pair of the pants, on sale, again. Some items aren't on sale, and that's alright too!

Learning to regain (or gain) Fashion Sense, has stuck with me. It is something to work on. As you browse, and visualise more, you might learn more about yourself! What to wear, when and wear, and what to match with your outfits - bag, shoes, jewellery! As I said, it's a lot of work! If you're wondering how often to shop and spend, ask yourself, is it worth buying a new item for my confidence? Nowadays, and something I did when I was much younger, was to buy whole outfits, for a special event, e.g. a party, and when a season (spring and autumn) begins, I like to plan a couple of items for the next 6 months.

Back to basics. I love denim, and a big fan of jeans. In year 9, we were all buying Bettina Liano jeans. I kept them for a long time, and got a lot of wear out of them. I never really fitted into Levi's, although they are attractive! Jean brands I recommend today, are J Brand, Citizens of Humanity, Agolde, Rag n Bone, and you can find them on sale! (They are quite expensive!) You can wear denim casually or dress it up.

In the Summer, I like casual short shorts, ("Bondi" pair) and singlets. I have a nice and fancy pair of denim shorts, not too short. If you ever go backwards, this is the article for you. Start by browsing, and recalling your successful fashion moments!

Even underwear and bras are a fashion staple, new ones will keep you feeling good about yourself!

And as they say, there's no point of wearing a great outfit, without a selfie or a picture! So, record your fashion journey, and don't be shy!

BOOK OF THE MONTH: Fourth wing, what a read! Couldn't put it down, it's inviting, smooth to read, and engaging. Totally fictional! That's the best part! All about Dragons, and a different world, however, lots of normal human emotions, and good intimate scenes! It's a guessing game of what will happen, and a total shock at the end!

A long book, but worth the read because it encompasses your entire imagination - very descriptive, and great characters!
