Looking Back at 2023!

I received a riveting e-mail from Kikki.K, as I am on the mailing list - https://mail.google.com/mail/u/0/#inbox/FMfcgzGwJJgzwHPGnQKCRbRzvbdfgRxC

About 2023. I found the most useful question to be "Reflecting on Your Journey: Embrace the quiet to acknowledge your accomplishments, learnings and growth over the past year" (Kristina Karlsson, 2023). The other questions were goals for next year, and gratitude.

So here are some of my accomplishments for 2023 -

Accomplishments -

  1. Applying for uni — Choosing a course that was a “good fit”. I looked up post grad of psychology, at USQ and applied. Then changed my mind, because I was working in a business. It was a tough decision to choose what course to do, and commit my time to, and money. It was a big decision. Even accepting that I was going to study for another year was tough. I knew I wanted to study, because the ending of my first degree went really well. The decision was tough too. However, when I started I found the Business degree more practical, and less theoretical, than psychology.

  2. Getting accepted into a Post Graduate degree. Yay it was riveting. I was ready to study hard and long hours, and put in the effort to succeed.  I was happy, and stoked. I felt smarter already.

  3. Starting my Post Graduate degree on January 3rd 2023. I started reading straight away, the content, the articles and resources. It was all great. It was full of wisdom. I loved it. I made the right choice. However, it required a lot of time and energy.

  4. Starting a blog, right before the marketing subject - was a great idea. It helped me understand marketing more, and it gave me lots to do. It was very busy handling a blog and university study and assessments, at the same time. It was a tough degree.

  5. Willing to move to Serbia.

  6. Attending four weddings, styling myself, and having fun. Making those memories was special, all year long. The relationships were important.

  7. Travelling - Melbourne, Serbia and Montenegro.

  8. Spending time with family overseas.

  9. Exercising five or six times a week, and reaching my goal weight.

  10. Learning to Network.

BOOK OF THE MONTH: Fourth wing, what a read! Couldn't put it down, it's inviting, smooth to read, and engaging. Totally fictional! That's the best part! All about Dragons, and a different world, however, lots of normal human emotions, and good intimate scenes! It's a guessing game of what will happen, and a total shock at the end!

A long book, but worth the read because it encompasses your entire imagination - very descriptive, and great characters!
