I'm not a big cook, but when I make up my own vegan meals, they are so easy to "cook" and they are simply soo delicious!!
Buy a trusted vegan patty, I like the brand "Wildly Good" - Original Veggie Burgers with two patties. I thought it was average at first, until I put all my ingredients together!
Firstly, place your patty in the grill part of the oven, (for less fried foods - the healthy option), and cook it for 10-15mins, I like it done nicely, all the way through. I use my Breville Multi Oven Air Fryer which is the best thing invented! It toasts your bread, air fries, warms, cooks, and more! And it is affordable, for what it's worth!
Second, grab a brioche bun, lightly toast, chuck it in with the patty towards the end of the cook, for 20-30seconds.
Thirdly, add lettuce, and tomato, or any salad or vegetables you have handy (for simplicity reasons!).
Next, squeeze your vegan mayo on the bun, then the patty, lettuce and sliced tomato, and close your bun!
Voila! A perfect vegan burger! Tasty, healthy and fantastic!
Alternatives, could be putting the veggie patty, in a wrap and cutting it into small pieces, adding mushrooms, and cucumber. As well as, putting the patty into a taco shell, and creating your own dish!
