What to do Outdoors.

This Aussie summer, we love using the pool, and umbrella (the sun is scorching hot recently). The pool water is cool and refreshing, crystal clear blue. We make a cheeseboard by the lounge chairs, and have our favourite blue and white striped towels. It’s a nice way to spend the afternoon. I even do a few laps, both under water and freestyle swim. What’s your favourite swim style?
In addition, I get the waterpolo ball and practise some waterpolo, with my dad, throwing and swimming. It reminds me of high school, when I played and competed in waterpolo. So much fun.
By the pool, I immerse myself in nature, and relax.
Secondly, we have been playing a lot of badminton in the front garden. It is relaxing and a fun sport to play. We bought a badminton kit for $20 from Kmart, whereas Rebel was $80. The kit contains two rackets and two balls.
Finally, we’ve been doing bush walks through broken paths and hiking through the rocks and trees. We found a new path, by the river. There is usually a very nice view. I could see myself hiking new bush tracks and walks.
Other things to do outdoors: 1. Have a picnic in a park by the beach. Pack a sandwich and water.
2. Go for a car trip, down to Wollongong, or The National Park.
