1.Have self deprecating humour.
Everyone loves to be around someone who is funny. Whether you’re funny in your own time, or funny with others. Keep practising your humorous side.
2. Set realistic goals.
Such as, “This semester I am going to get a High Distinction”, then each and every day I worked hard on on my study, I did something to contribute to the end goal.
3. Spirituality.
It doesn’t matter what form it takes, for example, religion, people will want to be around you and follow you.
4. Make a vision board.
To get you closer to your goals.
5. Make High Quality Connections with people. Even at the coffee shop, and on your social network. Talk about travel, dreams, and more of the larger concepts (not just small talk).
6. What do you lead in? Write down your leadership, where people follow you, and keep working on that. It is crucial.
7. What are your bad traits?
Such as, being too relaxed, perfectionist, or moody.
8. Charisma - keep being charismatic.
9. Listening. Good listening is often displayed as nodding when something is heard, or repeating back what the person has said.
10. Communication - try to hold four minute discussions with people.
11. Have a vision.
12. Mentor.
