What does conscientious refer to? Well, being more organised, and right on time, with work and life. It is about tidying yourself, and your mind.
As I said tidy, start by tidying your work space. Then, take a look around at your room. Check your window sills, for dust, and start cleaning small areas that accumulate dust and grim. So, as I said, cleaning up your mental space.
I recommend, writing a list of 10 to 12 things that you need to work on and do, to enhance your conscientious side. Organise your office space, with less clutter. Throw old things away, and only leave things out that are good luck charms. A clear space is a good space. In addition, make a vision board of images that are not currently in your life, however, are in your future life and in your conscientious state of mind.
Start tasks early, and finish them on time. Be well organised and well prepared. In addition, clean your walls, and regularly clean your personal spaces. Keep things tidy, and organised. Make the conscious effort. When we do these things, our conscientious personality shows in person and in life.
Areas to organise:
Makeup Drawers,
Cleaning products space,
Desk and stationary,
Paper work/documents (Put them away from desk, most of my documents are saved on my computer),
Bookshelf (keep the ones you have read recently, and even throw away old books),
Hang clothes, and organise clothing,
Bathroom (dust and spray and wipe),
Kitchen (put away cutlery and dishes),
Look at the room, and see what could be done. Voila!
